Privacy Policy
1. What personally identifiable information of yours is collected:
Only the information you enter is collected by Risingdove.com: first and last name, email address, address and telephone
number, order information, mailing list options,
and email content. There are no robots collecting information on my site. Credit card number and payment details
are collected by financial institutions involved in processing your order, and will be stored only with your
permission.
If you are uncomfortable with entering your credit card information on the Internet, you may
give me the information by phone: call 703-256-7572 Extension 3. It is safe to leave a message; this is my private home number.
If you don't want to pay for the call, send an email with your phone number to:

in the subject line. I will call you as soon as I can.
2. What organization is collecting the information: RisingDove.com (Miriam A. Kilmer)
3. How the information is used:
a. processing your orders, answering questions, notifications about your orders
b. email notifications about website updates and special-interest news (opt-in only; I don't wish to send you any unwanted email)
c. telephone number is used for UPS and FedEx shipments, and to notify you of problems with your order in case of email failure
d. shipping address is used to send invitations to upcoming shows in case of email failure; this applies only to
customers who have purchased my artwork, or recipients of said artwork.

4. With whom the information may be shared:
a. IP servers, Comersus.com (shopping cart), Dharma (credit card processor), PayPal,
GoogleCheckout, and your financial institution as needed to process your orders
b. Other Financial Institutions and Government Agencies only as required by law
c. shipping address only is used to send appeals for donations to The Art Group Gallery (501-C3) with a
generous promotional offer; this applies only to customers who have purchased my artwork, or recipients of said
artwork. The appeal will come from my address and will be signed by me. I will authorize no more than one
campaign per year. If you live more than 30 miles from Mount Jackson, VA, I will honor
the promotional offer you are given on my web site.

5. What choices are available to you regarding collection, use and distribution of the information:

7. Children under age 16 are not eligible to use our financial services without adult supervision;
we ask that minors do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor,
you can order from risingdove only in conjunction with your parents or guardians, or other responsible adult
such as a teacher or close relative (in case you are buying a surprise gift for your parents or guardians).
Children's information will not be shared with anyone unless required by law.
