Review
This charming and amusing story, well written and artistically presented, describes a child's clever plan on hearing the famous story about George Washington and the cherry tree. I will not give away the surprise, but I will say that the mother's reaction to the plan is sadly predictable.

The author was careful to tuck the flap inside the book instead of sealing the bag, so that the contents can be examined and the bag re-used as a gift bag or storage bag.
The author's description
A narrative book about youthful American reading of the legendary history of George Washington's early American chopping of his father's cherry tree. Carefully formatted and tastefully designed as a schoolbook primer that early Americans of all ages may have and may still read. The large type face is not only artistically pleasing, but also suitable for some visually impaired persons. Dedicated to her husband who taught her that fewer words in writing are often better words: it is only [eight] pages including title page and dedication pages.

*From Wikipedia:
Although Times and Times New Roman shares the same font design, various differences developed between the versions marketed by Linotype [Times Roman] and Monotype [Times New Roman] when the master fonts were transferred from metal to photo and digital media. For example, Linotype has slanted serifs on the capital S, while Monotype's are vertical. Most of these differences are invisible in body text at normal reading distances. (Vivid differences between the two versions do occur in the lowercase z in the italic weight and in the percent sign in all weights.) Although there was a time when Times New Roman had different widths than Times Roman, when Microsoft licensed Times New Roman for Windows, they asked Monotype to match the Adobe/Linotype widths from the PostScript font; consequently, the most common versions seen today have identical widths in common characters.
