Authenticity
A Certificate of Authenticity will be issued with each autographed item, and with each item that belonged to
Joyce or Aline Kilmer or to F.C. Frieseke.
Autographs are guaranteed to be authentic or your money will be returned.
Condition
Condition is a subjective judgment. If you believe the stated condition of your purchase is not in line with
the actual item as received, please contact Miriam A. Kilmer by mail or e-mail to negotiate full or partial
compensation (addresses below). Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received. All
sales final after 30 days.
Confirmation
We will confirm your order, by e-mail or phone, as soon as possible. At that time we will place the item on hold
and inform you of the total payment due, including shipping costs.
Shipment
Buyer pays $5.00 shipping and handling.
International buyer (outside the US) pays actual shipping plus $3.50 handling.
Buyer may combine orders for reduced shipping fee (add $2.00 per book after the first book or CD, $.25 each for
pamphlets and ephemera).
I usually ship
light-weight items First Class or Priority Mail, heavier items media mail (book rate) or parcel post. Please add $1.00 for
confirmation of delivery (tracking). Insurence and delivery confirmation are included on orders over $100.00. If you have specific mailing requests,
please just ask (additional charges may apply). Gift treatment (giftwrapping, giftcard, and
shipment to a third party) is available @ $5.00 additional per item. Please
specify the occasion, and I will choose a suitable paper for giftwrapping. You
may email me the message you want on the card.
Payment is expected before items are shipped. If payment is not received within 14 days after confirmation, we will re-list
the item for sale.
